What if my iPad does not have any sound?

Step 1: First, check that:

  • The app/website does not have separate volume controls.

  • The device is not connected wirelessly to another sound output.

  • Nothing has been broken inside the headphone jack. 

 

Step 2: If sound/volume still does not work, restart the device. 

 

If the issue persists:

  • For devices under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

For devices not under warranty, submit a claim with AGI
