Step 1: First, check that:

The charger or adapter cables are completely plugged in, both to your iPad and the wall.

The power outlet is working.

The case is not interfering with ability to charge.

The charger is clean and not broken.
Step 2: If the battery still will not charge, restart the device.
If the issue persists:

For devices under warranty, contact Apple.
For devices not under warranty, submit a claim with AGI.
