What do I do with a damaged VILS provided iPad case?

Step 1: First, check that:

• Damage was not intentional. Brenthaven cases have a warranty against any material and workmanship defects. 
      - Is it caused by a manufacturer defect?
      - Is it caused by normal wear and tear?

• The screen protector has not been removed. 

If damage was caused by a manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear, to resolve:

• Submit a ticket below for assistance.

• If the screen protector has been removed or damaged, this is separate from the Brenthaven case and should be replaced.
