- From your Okta Admin page, select Directory and click People on the left.
- On the People screen, select the Person you would like to remove.
- On the Person screen, select the Deactivate button. *
- Selecting a Person who is Deactivated will now give you the option to Activate the user again. **
*Deactivated users will be Deleted regularly. To restore users, please refer to the "Add User" guide.
**If a user was accidentally Deactivated, they can be Activated here also.
Deactivated users will be Deleted regularly. Users must stay in the deactivated status prior to being deleted for deprovisioning from other platforms. To restore users, please refer to "Add User" guide after deletion. Please submit a support ticket for problems or support.
