Accessing Professional Learning Modules for Partners and Pilot Districts

About Professional Learning Modules

The Learner Variability Project Team offers protected content on the Navigator web app ("the Navigator") reserved only for partner and pilot organizations. Accessing this private content requires participants to register an account on the Navigator using an email address associated with the partner or pilot organization. If you are having issues accessing a protected web page, please continue below.

Error Message

If you try to access protected content, and you are not registered on the Learner Variability Navigator with an email address associated with a partner or pilot organization with explicit access to said content, you will see the following error message:

Private Professional Learning Page

You are attempting to access a Professional Learning page that is only available to our LVP partner schools and organizations. To access this page as a partner please login or register using the email address associated with your school district or organization.

To Access the Protected Content for Partners and Pilot Organizations

1. If you are registered and logged into the Navigator, from site's main menu, select your name and My Account option. On that page, you will find your email associated with the account in the "Personal Information" section.
   1. If your email address is not one associated with your organization's email address, you will not be able to access the protected content. Logout and register with the Navigator using the associated email address.
   2. Once you login with your an email address associated with a partner or pilot organization, you should be able to access your desired page with protected content.
2. If you are not registered or not logged into the Navigator, please login or register using your email address associated with the partner or pilot organization.
   1. Once you login with approved credentials, you should be able to access your desired page with protected content.

Still not able to access the page?

If you followed the directions above and you are logged into the Navigator with a partner or pilot email address, and you receive the error message requesting above, please submit a support ticket through our support submission form. Once you open the form, select Learner Variability Navigator
