1. Enter the Serial Number for the device with the broken charger and follow the instructions on the page
2. Click: Set up a repair
3. Click: Battery & Charging
4. Click: Power Adaptor is not working as expected
5. Choose the “Send in for Repair” option.
6. Using the “Talk to Apple Support Now” option if you have questions.
